Acai Brasil Humble

I am APPALLED at the service that I received yesterday at this location. I have spent money here at this location for the past two years. Customer service was POOR and HORRIBLE. I came in the store to place an order around 6:16P.M. yesterday. A Hispanic young lady with glasses came out from the back texting on her phone and walked up to the register and continued to text on her phone as we were preparing to put our order in. We accidentally put in one number wrong to obtain rewards. So I let her know that I needed to redo my phone #. So she put a dollar amount on the screen and I kindly said to her I see an amount on the screen. She quickly begin to get really SNAPPY. Her attitude was TERRIBLE. And she replied, “ I HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING ON THE SCREEN IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR NUMBER BACK IN AGAIN!!!!” First Of all, she should have not been on the phone in front of customers. I’m not sure what type of text she received or maybe she was upset about the conversation she was having on the phone which contributed to her being EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I asked the other employee to speak to a manager because I was not going to continue interact with an employee with a bad attitude. If I am providing my money to an establishment, I do not expect to receive this type of customer service. She definitely needs more training on customer service! Furthermore we no greeting, all employees were in the back. I try calling this morning to speak to the owner. Owner not available; therefore hopefully this review gets to the owner. Better customer service is needed.

Best açaí in town!! Started going to their place when they were just starting right next to my old CrossFit box. As they’ve grown now it’s still as good as the first one I’ve ever tried. I had had many açaí bowls in the past but once I tried theirs I never went back and quite frankly no other compares! Their street food is amazing too! I love their cheese bread, and the spinach bites. My all time favorites. You won’t be disappointed.

Very yummy. Lots of acai bowl options. No one was there when I went in. The cashier was friendly and attentive and the service was fast. My bowl was delicious.

Walked in, there was a girl at the counter (not the Asian one) having a drink of what appeared to be Dutch Bros. or at least looked like it. Looks at me then goes back to her drink, she then scratches her head ( is she going to prepare my order?) I'm thinking, but no hello, good afternoon or just a simple welcome greeting. I had trouble remembering what I usually get for my wife. There was no help or suggestion whatsoever. What's happening to customer service? When you go to pay, it prompts for a tip. If you don't tip it looks bad, I'm a generous tipper when the service is good. The girls Crack an (unaudible) joke and laugh. I thought, hey they're in a good MOOD, just not enough for customer service. At that point I just walk out. Very disappointing.

Great place to enjoy a sweet treat. Great service, sometimes can get busy and maybe have one or two ppl working seems like. Had to wait 20ish mins, but is worth the wait.
