It's an order, tip, and pay; and take a number type of set-up... This was a little off-putting. Otherwise, food was wonderful. Breakfast tacos are fabulous and very generous servings. Warning... they do not have biscuits and gravy like some of the other Adair's do; that was disappointing.

We are in love with the location, ambiance and service but not at all satisfied with the food. Ordered omlette without meat, farmers bowl and a pancake none of them tastes great.

My mom and I had breakfast there as I've been wanting to tey out their menu.
The girl at the front was very nice, polite and took our orders down right, 4 bacon, egg and cheese breakfast tacos with avocado.
They brought out egg tacos with avocado 🥑, no bacon and no cheese. My mom.is diabetic and had to eat something so I tried to eat it as well and couldn't. We didnt get what we paid for, and when the girl alerted the kitchen of their error, they just sent out 2 strips of bacon and thats not right either
Frustrated, I asked the lady sitting at a laptop next to me if she was the manager. She said yes and I told her the refire was unacceptable and they need to make it properly. This is making the visit take much longer, having the order made 3 times and the last time they didnt have much avocado on them but we didnt say anything else. She gave my mom a muffin on the house and voice our bill, the least she could do since resolution took so long. Should have given us a gift certificate to give them another chance maybe for dinner because the menu looks good. If management reaches out to resolve with gift card I will update this review. As of today nothing has been offered.

The wife and I like to try different restaurants every weekend, and this time we stumbled across Adair Kitchen. We decided to give it a shot. The food was good overall — we ordered the Steak & Frites and the Chorizo Avocado Toast. The steak wasn’t quite what I expected; the menu described it as a grilled ribeye with house-cut fries, but what I received didn’t seem like ribeye. On the other hand, the Chorizo Toast was delicious.

The food was not the best at all. My mom ordered a medium rare steak. To be honest we could have gotten better steak at IHOP. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the only thing hot was the temperature. Big red flag when the drinks are better than the food. Save your money and cook at home.

Came to pick up my order. Checked in, took a seat and waited for a while. Went up to ask and my order had been sitting there for who knows how long just chillin.

Had a casual business lunch meeting and just like the location on San Felipe it's always good food. I had no idea there was another location so I was happy to learn about it. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The day we went the food service was very slow but I'm sure it was an anomoly. Adair Kitchen is a steady eddy for me for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is good on Sunday for their fried chicken dinner. Good casual spot for family and business breakfast and lunches.

The food was decent. I had the Farmers Market Skillet and that was good, however, I also had a juice and while I was expecting a freshly made juice served in a glass, the juices were already made and were sold from a grab-and-go kiosk which kinda ruined my expectations.

Restaurantji Recommends
Had a horrible experience. Was served a pork banh mi with two slabs of pork fat. (See pic) Went for Houston Restaurant weeks and ordered of that menu. Received delicious Mac and cheese starter but my guests starter of tortilla soup was not delivered at the same time and after 5 minutes we had to ask for it. Restaurant was like a romper room with noisy children everywhere.

Let me save you. The French toast has a HEAVY overpowering taste of old egg. The syrup couldn’t save it, believe me I tried. I don’t recommend it unless you’re ready to throw away your money.

Adair always has fresh & tasty dishes!
Added salmon to the super food bowl & it was both seasoning & cooked perfectly
We had a large group with reservations elsewhere that fell through, so we came here. They were super accommodating, fast service, and the food was amazing! This second choice is now on our list of favorites!
