I was pretty much on the fence about this place as I know I am a picky person when it comes to Tex Mex Restaurants. Most Tex Mex places are a dollop of salt and weirdly blend spices with watered down Margaritas, whip doesn’t fit the bill…Los Tios was not.The wait for this place is ridiculous at 5 pm on a Thursday. Excellent Tex-Mex. Tex-mex at most places has transitioned to being so heavy and feeling bloated afterwards. The food here left me feeling satisfied but not bloated afterwards. Puffy queso is lite and airy, the shrimp enchiladas had a nice blend of cream and cheese. Salsa was fresh. The margaritas and the rest of the food were priced appropriately. Recommended.

We LOVE this establishment, the cocktails are always fantastic and strong. The service is ALWAYS great and a joy to be around. The skinny margaritas rimmed with jajin and my favorite. We wish they had a skinny frozen margarita machine. The food is ok, could use a little more flair and flavor. Even though the food is ok, we will still come regularly to Los Tio’s in West-U.Vegetarian options: Ask and you shall receive vegetarian options.Parking: We never had a parking issue.
