Great service !! While I’m delayed
This club in the terminal is pretty small, food selection is very basic. But it was tasty. Views of the aeroplanes. WiFi and all of the other needs. No magazines. Staff are super helpful. Has a bar.
World’s smallest Admirals Club. Mid-week flight and no seats
really a very poor effort for the only AA lounge at such a big airport like Houston IAH. The food was mediocre at best, the front desk service was mediocre at Best (all engaged in talking to each other in perfunctorily checking in and welcoming customers). The bar is OK, just note not everything is “Complimentary“ ask before you order. seating is extremely limited and uninviting.

A bit small but well appointed
Let me just list the issues 1. The club was so full no seats… still letting folks buy passes so screw the members. 2. The food or the spots the food was empty. 3. The 16 staff member only push carts around the empty glasses and plates were all over and you had no clean plates for the trail mix option (see number 2) 4. The bartender acted as if he was stuck in slow motion with a line for a bevi 5 people deep (see number 1)…. Now I know you think that this is a Karen rant… nope I love my club and membership just Houston was the spirit airlines of the lounge world…. No strike that spirit at least serves drinks. Poor form American Airlines …. Do better or at least do the minimum that was a far cry from your standards

Despite first class tickets we were refused entry.

We were denied entry because they were at “capacity.” We had a member present who had day passes for us and the receptionist would not let us in. We were relying on being able to get in because we had a 3 hour delay.

Very bad experience on 6/30/2024. The lady is very impatient when we stopped by and tried to pay for a seat. Asked to scan our AA numbers and keep saying she wants a card from us. Later we found out they are not selling day pass as other airport would. Why not just tell us up front no daily pass available due to …. and that will save everybody’s time. Also the way she talks seems very condescending and don’t see where it came from…. What a pity.

This is not a huge airline lounge and it seems as if it has been renovated not too long time ago. The seating was quite new and comfortable and even with a little feeling of privacy. The food they offered was quite ok, especially when you consider that I was in a lounge in North America. I had a salad and an egg dish filled with cheese. I visited this place on a weekday morning and there were not too many other passengers inside.

While the lounge itself it okay, and fairly small for busier times, the staff are great. My flight had been cancelled while in the lounge and the team managed to get me rebooked on a better flight, which was much appreciated. Thanks!
Crystal and the other checkin agents are always kind and welcoming. The 4:15 a.m. opening is crucial as most of my Alaska & American flights depart at 5:00 or 6:00 a.m.

This is a part time Admirals Club. Horrible service. Food is atrocious. No support for ticketing. Hours are part time.
