I visited Pappasito’s in the morning on 9/30. I have celiac disease, and the staff were so knowledgeable about it and friendly. I was overjoyed to be able to eat hot food at the airport for the first time! I really appreciated it that I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. At the same time, IAH is one of the cleanest airports I have visited and I ate my food by a window watching planes. Thank you dearly Pappasito’s!
Didn’t grab his name but the man with the glasses on the register/ bar was awesome! Drink perfectly balanced and the food was good too, quite surprising for being in an airport!
