My wife and I decided to stop in and give this place a try and we are sure glad we did the food is delicious here the woman and other girl who I assume was her daughter were very helpful with the menu.We got the spicy Lagman, Uyguhr polo and baked buns , the meat in the buns with juicy tender and delicious,the lamb in the Uyguhr polo was perfect ,and the Spicy Lagman was so.good , and the noodles in that dish had to be handmade as was everything at the restaurant.Spicy Lagman...read full review
I was heartbroken to see that the Uyghur Bistro was permanently closed. I thought it was the only Uyghur restaurant in my home state of Texas. Fortunately, I just found Afandim Restaurant, which brought my spirits up once again. When I travel to Houston (And especially since I have a passion for China's 56 ethnic groups, their languages, their cultures, and their cuisine), I'll find this place to stop by for a bite.

Very good restaurant, nice atmosphere, delicious food, every once in a while, food takes a little longer than expected to be served, but well worth it. Got a chance to talk to the owner, very nice and kind man.
