Has been my favorite for years, and I would always introduce my favorite restaurant to many others.Yesterday, we had the WORST wait experience once at tableNO APOLOGIES, AND YES TIP WAS INCLUDED BECAUSE WE ALWAYS BRING SEVERALIt is not the first time this has happened,Hispanics DO NOT get the best service there.
Fun, casual restaurant. The staff are always helpful and attentive. The dishes are varied and delicious, with a wide range of options, including vegetarian. Portions are huge, easily shareable. I’ve been visiting since the mid 90’s, both here and at their short-lived Westheimer location. It’s been consistent all the time.Parking: The restaurant is huge, so the parking lot can fill up during peak hours or on holidays. But I’ve never had an issue finding a spot.

I recently had a great dining experience at Tan Tan. My server, Kiki, was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure our drinks were always refilled and that we had everything we needed.The food was delicious and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the Eggplant with Basil which was cooked perfectly and had a great balance of sweet and savory flavors.
