They need more servers. Sat at the host‘s desk for 10 minutes didn't get acknowledged then scanned the priority code. SQR code got on a way to watch five other people just jump right in front of me. When I finally get up there, she sees me and takes another 15 minutes to get any kind of drinks or service When the guy finally gets there. He tells me to go ahead and order online. It would be faster.

The waitress she was great down to our funny and very attentive and the food was great if you also had a nice size portion for the price, but the margarita was $21 and it wasn't worth it at all

Waited at the front after checking in when the restaurant was about half full. Several employees walked by but didn't bother to address us. Finally another patron in the restaurant said to just seat ourselves. After being seated for nearly 15 minutes, all we received was lazy looks from each employee that walked by. Worst service we've ever received.

We stood at the podium for 10 mins. No one acknowledged us. They saw us standing there. Then we saw a sign to scan a QR code to join a waitlist. We did that and the list was long but stayed on it. Then more people started showing up and were seating them selves. No manager presence, no one at the host stand. Nothing. They were busy but there were tables available. We decided to eat at Wendy's. We stayed on that waitlist for another hour for drinks at the bar and we were never called. Poorly run restaurant. Customer beware.

TLDR: Food was good, wait is long. Come here if you have time to kill. I decided to try Cadillac because it's a priority pass restaurant, and I needed dinner before the plane. No one was at the front to greet you, but on the stand there is a QR code for the waitlist. Myself and another group put ourself on the list & patiently waited. We saw one person get seated, and the waitlist go down but then about 10mins of nothing. Confused, I finally flagged down a server who sat me and another group that was waiting (without checking the list). When I was finally seated my server told me they don't use the waitlist. Barbara was my server and despite it being pretty busy, she was very nice & friendly. I ordered dine in thinking I would have time. But as 10, 20, 25 minutes pass, I asked her to bring my check before the food comes out along with to go containers. Outside of all those issues -- the food was good & plentiful! I ordered the crispy chicken tacos which came with rice & beans. Also, in case you don't realize like me, the tacos are crispy not the chicken.

Can only order w a QR code which takes 5 minutes to setup even though I have an account with whatever system they have. It never works.The staff is questionable about food safety - pausing cutting likes to answer her phone and doing other things, then returning to cut limes with dirty hands.And finally, why we won't be back even when we are at gate c33 is two beers were $34 after their service charges.

I'll be honest I did not expect this salad to have so much FLAVOR!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! If you're ever in IAH and you have a taste for Mexican food, DEFINITELY stop by, you won't be disappointed.
