Can only order w a QR code which takes 5 minutes to setup even though I have an account with whatever system they have. It never works. The staff is questionable about food safety - pausing cutting likes to answer her phone and doing other things, then returning to cut limes with dirty hands. And finally, why we won't be back even when we are at gate c33 is two beers were $34 after their service charges.

I'll be honest I did not expect this salad to have so much FLAVOR!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! If you're ever in IAH and you have a taste for Mexican food, DEFINITELY stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Service was good, but the food is WAY too expensive for what it is and for how much you get. It's overpriced even for airport prices. And everyone I saw all had different issues with their drinks. Mine had a dead fly floating in it, but the bartender was nice about getting me a new one.

This place needs some help.Pros - Great service and quick orders.Cons-Food was so bad. Like, really bad. Bar was quite dirty. Bar tender spilled almost an entire drink into the ice bin, but kept going. The ordering system was needlessly complex and it wasn't possible to even order all things at the same time. The only way the bar tender could accept an order is if you type in your credit card number. The system is insane.

The restaurant is right across from gate 33.I thought, I have under 2 hours. 2 small tacos should be good!!I even got a little excited.1) The "server" there had me operate the electronic IPad to select, customize (I wanted no cheese), and pay for my $18.00 burrito. I kid you not.2) When it was time to pay, I was already one foot out the door - but I was hungry. It wasn't like HEB or a gas station (or 98% of all retail establishments in 2023), but she required me to enter in all the digits, name, and relevant info., of my debit card - for a $18 burrito, plus tax, plus tip - totaling about $21. The heck you say...I politely said, "nah, that's ok. Thanks. I'm good."Then she offered to help me enter all the information in, to process my $18 burrito... Sheesh... I walked away. She stood there, and watched me put in an 18% tip, and then want me to enter my own information in, as if I'm buying a shirt online, at home?I'd rather "fast" or eat O2, until I get to my destination.

One of the rudest bartenders I have encountered during my week in Houston. Actually couldn't believe how hostile she was. Other places to go in the airport.

Honest Al here!I'm not sure what the issue was or maybe the issue was me. 4You have to scan a Qr code for the menu. I was just ordering two shot! (Customary when I'm flying), however, given the time till the flight, I decided to get two margaritas and tipped 2 dollars. Ordered and received a text the order was placed. Some time goes by (10 mins) and I still haven't received the margaritas. Mind you there's no one in line and one of the servers walked off and the other was cleaning dishes. 15 mins pass and I walk up and ask about the 2 drinks. And they start making them. A whole lot of ice and margarita was decent. They could have at least filled the cup. Definitely not an 18 dollar margarita but it's the airport. Was it the tip that caused this?

I had never paid so much for 2 f……tacos… Asked for 2 shrimp ? tacos …. After it took me about 8 minutes to enter all credit card info.. for payment cause they don’t take cash!!! They even ask for phone # or e-mail??♂️ never saw prices on any of the food but Never I was paying $97.00 for 2 pulled pork tacos, 2 chicken tacos cause after I paid for shrimp the gay at the register came back and sorry we don’t have shrimp??? So I asked for chicken and I asked if shrimp tacos was the same price as the chicken tacos? Very conveniently he said YES?. 4 tacos total + 1 steak burrito and 2 cokes and the tip already included was $97.00 dollars. Very expensive and not good either!!!! Bad experience!!!!Even a cold sandwich would’ve been better and I don’t like cold sandwiches!!!!

Its currently 8:42 PM and the guy refused to serve anything. He said they were currently closed. Is this normal?
Food was decent, but that was the only thing that wasn't terrible about the experience. We asked for a paper menu and were told that it was only available after scanning the QR code. So we looked at the beer taps and choose from what we could see then we were told that we couldn't order in person and that we had to do it all online. We were seated at the bar, right in front of the bartender, taps and register. There was an extremely slow phone data connection at the airport. We asked if we could just order and pay in person and we were told it wasn't possible and that we should sign on to the airport wifi. The airport wifi was also very slow. After sitting at the bar for 15 minutes our order finally went through and we got served two beers. We then went through the process again to get food and finally our order went through after sitting for 25 minutes at which point we needed to wait for our food to get made. Luckily we had the time to sit, but there wasn't time for a second round of beers...I understand if you want to be cashless, but ordering online when there is a person and register right there is insane. Especially at an airport where people don't generally have a lot of extra time. 15 minute just to get a beer.If the owner of this business is reading this, I want to let you know that there were 10+ people that came in and gave up because the process wasn't working in the time that they had available. So it was not just a technical problem with our two phones. I also see that a previous commenter mentioned this service problem 3 months ago and you commented that it would be fixed. Well, it is still terrible. Imagine the 10+ customers per 30 minutes you are losing.
Worst experience at an airport bar for ordering and paying drinks. You have to use your phone not just for menu but also order and payment. You have to give email and phone too to use it, they do have tablets but require you to sign into internet and still do the same. I saw multiple people come in and just want to use cash or their card instead having to wait more than 10min to the point of ordering. Also this may be the airport or in this case a a major Corp that owns all the leases and themed bars in the airport but a domestic bottle was $10. I just flew in from Portland and you could get local craft beers for $7 draft.I watched 3 people come in and leave within 15min after trying to order, even asking the bartender to order for them and give them the card or cash.
This place is a rip off? chips came out cold and stale and didn’t even get any queso with them. Go anywhere but here
