Easily one of the best restaurants in Houston right now. Incredibly fresh sushi, and the edamame are out of this world. Much better than any of the other Japanese/Asian fusion area restaurants we have tried. We lived in Japan for several years, and this is the only place that has come close in terms of quality and preparation. Noise level on a Friday night is our only complaint. Service was excellent. It was our first time we sat at the bar and Albert made our dinning experience at Aiko great he gave great suggestions and explained everything with great detail I will definitely be going back.
