Much to be desired. Limited culinary offerings, very small space, no restrooms, overcrowded, and uncomfortable seating. It's not worth it; it's better to wait outside.

A fairly basic space, both in amenities and food. Very very basic for a place of this type. I think they should improve the space and food options. Now, if I must say that it has a very calm and extremely quiet atmosphere, I liked that.

They don’t follow the schedule agreed with Priority Pass for members entrance

I was refused entry at the door along with several others for using Priority pass through Chase.

Food was not good. Only a few subs and sodas/wine/beer.

In my opinion, there is nothing exclusive about it. The food is bad and super limited. The receptionist receives you with great indifference. The stars given are for the service and cleaning staff who are very friendly. There aren't many charging stations for electrical equipment inside, so I even went out to the general room to charge my cell phone.

Crowded, cramped. We decided to sit outside, as it felt more pleasant

I've never been in such a bad place. The gastronomic offer is: 2 styles of sandwich, 2 salads, 1 soup, packets of chips. The end. Seriously, there is no more. They don't even have their own bathroom, you have to go out and use the one at the airport. Luckily I didn't pay and I entered via Dragon Pass (they told me that I had to leave at 1pm because it was only available for Air France)

Arbitrary denial for priority pass users during specific time slots, despite the lounge being absolutely empty.

I arrived with my husband to the lounge at 6:45pm on March 2, 2025 and the girl at the reception admitted us by letting us know that it would close soon. The intention was to have a coffee and some fruit that we could easily carry in our hands. But when we arrived at the dining room, the employees in a very bad way chased us away with the excuse that they were already closed. They are not at all good customer service employees. It should be noted that the Priority Pass application says that the place closes at 7pm, not at 6:45pm. The attitude of the employees says a lot about this place.

Very busy compared to the KLM lounge down the way. You can use Priority Pass here. They had some light salad, cheese, bread, and dessert tray + candies, a small bar and seating was very tight. Very end of Terminal D. Not my favorite lounge, for sure.

Great service, good variety of food and drinks, great service (except the receptionist who wouldn't let go of her cell phone). Without much luxury, it serves very well those who are waiting for their time to fly.

Dietary restrictions: It has a little bit of everything, for all tastes

Almost nothing to eat. Very small. Just go to a restaurant in stead of coming here
