On the priority pass app it says no access from 12:00 to 3:15. We came in at 4 o clock and they said we can’t go in until 5. This lounge can’t seem to uphold or update their policy.

They charged $35 to bring my son as a guest. There is no bathroom inside or nearby. The drinks are guarded and are not self serve.
No water bottles, which could be good or bad.
Food was not great.
3 stars was because it was quiet, not crowded. Quiet corners to sit in cozy chairs.
they were not busy but I was not admitted with priority pass saying they are restricting priority pass and told me to come back after 5 hours.

It’s 8/13 4:30pm and they aren’t letting priority passengers in. And it’s 30% full. It’s just a holding cell anyways, but pretty pathetic offering for Priority Pass holders

This is the sorriest lounge that ever lounged in the history of lounges. Just save your time and don’t bother. Woe be to the business traveller expecting to go here and enjoy a world of relaxation, food, and quiet contemplation. Just walk over to terminal e and go to the bars / restaurants over there instead.

When I mention priority pass they immediately said no. Wasn’t busy place. Then I ask for day pass and they answer me yeah we are 100% able to do that $15 usd per hr

Extremely useless device and a waste of time and money. First they have stupid rules around timings for Priority Pass. Like the lounge was empty and the lady upfront made up some lame excuse of how number of slots were full for PP and next slot is after 2 hrs

Have priority pass. Was denied entry because they don’t let anyone with priority pass enter before 5:30pm. Priority pass app says entry after 15:15 daily (3:15pm).

Terrible! Only accepting guests at 5:30 pm and hour after our flight. KLM down the way is the same disappointment. Both were empty! What’s the point of having lounges ?

Food is pretty good. We was informed that we can only stay for 35 minutes for our priority pass lounge access because business class customers will arrive at 12pm. Extremely unfriended.
