The combination fried rice wasn’t very good. The rice was chewy, I don’t believe it was fried at all. Maybe parboiled rice. I’ve had the combination fried rice before and it was very good back then.
We met with our retirement group for an Early dinner. Good waitress.
My General TSO was cooked too long. Hard too eat, not tender. But flavor was good. My husband enjoyed his shrimp. The fried rice didn't have any flavor. The crab puffs were delicious!

We visited Akashi twice in the past weeks. Food was quite good but service needs improvement.
When we were trying to pay for the dinner, the staff was basically trying to force us to tip. This is unacceptable and ruins the reputation of the place.
After the payment went through, we were TOLD: "you forgot the tip". Amazing how demanding the staff was with regard to tipping.
