Alamo Tamales is a beloved place for Lunch in the Northside area of Houston. I believe is a bit overpriced and competition around offer same quality food. Taste is great. Panaderia is part of the offerings. Place is very clean and well-kept. Ample parking, plenty of seating.

I have experienced Alamo Tamales in two different ways. First, I used them through EZ Catering for my wedding reception. The delivery was made on time and the tamales were outstanding! I still get compliments and have been referring Alamo for many upcoming events. My second experience was in person after work one day. Great place to have lunch and take home some freshly made tamales! The young ladies serving us are very sweet and even though this place was busy they take their time to answer your questions on the wonderful foods. Just to know they are opening up new locations is an added plus. Thank you for providing great food and service.
