The absolute worst place to eat. Do not ever order anything to eat here. It will take atleast 30 mins or more. The food was absolutely horrible and cold.
Told by the bartender can’t order food because the kitchen closes in 29 minutes and they’ll not be happy with him.
Cold fries again.
Slow as hell , crap food run from here
The lounge’s ambience instantly captivated my attention! They served the best meal I had throughout my whole vacation stay in Houston, fresh and tasty. In addition, the employees were helpful with my needs with positive energy.
Love the concept, great service, plush chairs, multiple charging plugs and good food.
Airport food is expensive so Alchemy is not different. What is better is enjoying the food in very plush chairs as you would in a VIP club. The ordering process is seamless and the gentleman did not take ling at all in bringing our utensils, drinks and food. And I got to charge my phone!
Truly lovely and relaxing experience.
$18 for a beer and you have to order on a stupid QR code (that's the only way!) and a tip is added automatically. And they require your phone number to complete the order. Really regretted stopping here.
We stopped at Alchemy during a layover to just pass the time and found a treasure in the bartender, Devon. She had obviously just survived a wave of tables at once and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Working the entire bar by herself, she constantly made sure we were taken care of even though we were on the far other end of the bar. She truly knows customer service and was so sweet to us. We will definitely be back just to see her and enjoy our layover.
Lyndsey was so good and helpful. Dont be afaid of the QR code she will walk you through it.
This is the only bar that recognizes you when you sit down. I fly in and out of this airport alot and this has been a great expeirence.
Lindsey and Devon are AMAZING!!! If you are looking for good food and AMAZING HAND CRAFTED DRINKS come here!!!!
Restaurantji Recommends
Lyndsey makes the best cocktails, and gives super star service. Would rate higher if I could ❤️
There order system does not work. We tried and tried and the wait staff ignored us. We finally got it to work but could not get water and the food never showed. There is no service at this place and when I walked up to the bar to talk to someone, I was ignored. We complained to a manager and had our order charge reversed. The charge showed up anyway. I hate this place.

Should have read the reviews, but who does that at an airport? There were two items on the large advertising menu as I walked by that lured me in. Neither were actually on the menu. My overpriced cold fries arrived with an overpriced and mediocre salad that did not have dressing. Asked for dressing, and it took almost an hour to come. This is unacceptable for anywhere, but especially for an airport restaurant where people have flights to catch. I normally don't write reviews, but there is no one to complain to here and they make you tip upfront through a QR code.

Friendly bartender. Decent drinks. Something for the journey to wherever you are going!
Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else. $45 for a coke with a chicken sandwich. Tipped 25% up front and got ripped off in both departments (food/service). No ketchup brought (for fries) no refill, cold food. Electrical outlets were the only thing working in this scam artist’s masterpiece.
