With all the hype about drink specials we were really excited to check it out. The waiter was so confused about the specials . There were no prices on the drink menu. She didnt know which was the Monday special .We chose like 5 different drinks and she came back and said oh sorry not that one . It was pretty annoying. At the end we just chose whatever. Ambiance was non existent , it was so quite it was uncomfortable. Food was good that’s it .

I pray I don't experience this again. 1st off, I enjoy eating at Applebee's. However, this is the worst I've experienced. Placing the order was fine. The order was ready at 8:17pm my husband waited , but nobody came out. So now it's 8:45 and he went inside. Nobody knew what was going on. The manager Danielle was very rude and ugly to him. Brushed him off as if we not picking up food. He saw my food just sitting there, but no one knew what was going on. So I called to figure out what's going on, and she hung up in face. Called back left on hold for over 10 mins, then they tell me she's in the bathroom. Her management skills are poor. Her attitude was rubbish. My food was cold I begged for no mushroom, and I had to pick them off. My mash potatoes were literally floating in butter. It was horrible. This only happened, I believe, because the manager not really managing. My husband stated it seemed like nobody was in control of the restaurant. No structure. She isn't manager material especially not for Applebee's.

Restaurant was very clean, atmosphere was great. The hostess had a great personality which is a huge plus. And even though I was dining alone, she sat me at a full sized booth instead of trying to usher me to the bar or put me at a small cramped table. I had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. I'll definitely return.

So I’m not from this area and decided to come here by myself before heading over to an appointment. (03/22/24 3:15pm). When I walked in the gentleman that greeted me was very nice and a made a joke that made me laugh when asked about the bathroom. I went to sit at the bar. The bartender girl, was alright. She asked me what I would like to drink, I told her a Pepsi. She was gone for a while after that and then came and took my order. The gentleman that greeted me at the door was the one that brought out my food and asked if I needed anything else. I was good. The entire time I ate my meal, the girl never once checked on me, “how is everything?” “Would you like a refill?” Nothing…. Meanwhile the two gentlemen sitting there were made sure to be taken care of. Only after I had finished my meal that the empty plate had been sitting there for about 10 minutes did she come over and ask how I was. She didn’t bother to ask if I wanted a refill, she just turned and printed out my check and walked away. I put my card out and she came over quick then. So needless to say I didn’t leave the greatest tip, just the minimum, I really didn’t feel taken care or wanted there.

Horrible horrible absolutely horrible! There was a hour n a half wait when there was no customers!! The food was cold!!! The bartender spent more time eating then making drinks ( mind u she was eating with her hands and I never saw her wash them) gross!!! The hostess girl was walking around talking about throwing hands at the next customer who said something!!! They say they are open till 2am but are turning customers away at this moment!! Talk about bad management and staff!!! I'll never eat here again!!

Went there today (3/14/2024) with my girls and we had to wait almost an hour for our food. I ordered a steak medium rare and the steak came out well done basically all the way cooked. I told the waitress about it and she sent it back but put in a whole new order of the same one I asked for and again had to wait about 30 minutes for that. She comes to our table to give me the tablet so I could pay for my bill then asks if I want her to bag up my food. I told her yes cause my kids were getting restless waiting the whole time for our food. Also to add my daughter got broccoli in her food when she asked for no broccoli. The place was not packed so I don’t know why the food took a long time to come out. I didn’t take a look at the second steak since she bagged it up and that one too is cooked all the way and isn’t medium rare like I asked. I got home and went to eat it and noticed it wasn’t how I asked.

Terrible experience ???Waited for half an hour to get the drinks. Another half an hour to receive the apetizers. It has been 1 hour and 20 minutes, and still food has not arrived yet. The soup was not even warm. Not really expecting any good experience with the dinner...?
