We passed by this location for many years finally got to visit. Not very welcoming front counter. Not a good idea for first impressions. However, nice and comfortable dining room.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our DimSum orders. Not sure why the steam buns crack, due to freezer burn perhaps? Other than that, very flavorful flat noodles with beef and broccoli. One of best, I have tried. Great sauce over the wok fried flat noodle. I was truly impressed.

We will return order from the menu instead.

Highly recommend for dim sum! The cheong fun was QQ, the chicken feet delicious, and the taro squares (lo bo gao) tasted fresh!

Been coming to Arco for a few years now, always an enjoyable experience for the most part.

Located in the H-Mart Plaza, parking can be a bit of a pain on busy weekends. The restaurant itself is decent size, with a number of private rooms on the left and good number of seating for all types of tables.

Service is typical chinatown efficient. Not necessarily friendly, but we're hear for good food and not fine dining. Ordered salt and pepper pork ribs, mapo tofu, beef chow fun, and some dim sum. Food came out within minutes nice and hot.

Mapo tofu decent flavor, not too saucy. Beef noodles were great, very filling and tender beef. However, the chop could be cut up into smaller bite sized pieces. Salt and pepper pork was a bit on the small size for the price, but great flavor with plenty of onions and peppers. The dim sum still some of the best in Houston and highly recommended.

4 stars as pricing has gone up and portion sizes

I'm not Chinese, so judge me expertise accordingly. This is the best Chinese food I have had in Houston. I have not been to every Chinese restaurant. Food is so fresh vegetables and fried stuff just tasted so good and so fresh. Can't really explain but felt healthy and good after eating too many things and dishes. I usually don't after Chinese food.

My family and I had a great time here! The dim sum menu is on the smaller side but it has all the favorites and they were very tasty. The service was slower since we went on a busy holiday, it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

Drove 3 hrs for my Dad to have an authentic Chinese food — Arco Seafood is our first stop and it didn’t disappoint — mapo tofu, fried noodles, lotus root, steamed fish with black beans.

Love this place for dim sum because it is clean, service is great, and there is usually no wait time. Their cheung fun is the by far the freshest and superior to the other places.

My kids really liked the orange peel beef and I enjoyed the peppered lamb. On my first visit, they put our party of 7 in a small "VIP" room, which was really great. The service was above average, but the Dim Sum prices were on the high side. I was shocked when we got our Dim Sum bill. I expect to pay those prices in Toronto, but not in Houston for Dim Sum.

A little over priced for the quality, fried items were fried with old oil and didnt taste really fresh.

Felt like items were left under a heat lamp/undercooked and then brought out.
