This is a solid spot to get a quick plate lunch in Dynasty Plaza. Friendly staff and delicious food! 2 vegetables and 2 meats costs $9 which is a good deal. I highly recommend Yellow River!
Just came in specifically for the duck because of the good reviews. Well I tried a piece or two (or three) after getting into my car. The taste is amazing! The moisture and flavor is perfect. A wonderful cold snack/meal for the family.
Since it was a quick to go item, I didn't get to try anything else so I can't honestly give an opinion on that. I know that I would love to come back to get more duck in the future. This alone is worth 5 stars!

Yellow River serves authentic, real food with no MSG and not too much salt. The duck is amazing, with perfect moisture and flavor, making a wonderful cold snack or meal. The 鐵路便當 (railway bento), fried rice noodles, and chicken roll are also popular. However, the stick rice (zonghi) has barely any meat, mostly peanuts and sticky rice. Portions are getting a little smaller with the current styrofoam tray, and the price just gone up to $9. The service is enthusiastic and kind, and the staff is very friendly. The price is fair, though the curry chicken, three-cup chicken, tomato scrambled eggs, and meatballs are good, while others are average. Overall, it’s affordable healthy cooking good for the whole family.
