I had a terrible experience at Auntie Anne’s. I ordered a mini hot dog, and the staff told me it would take 10 minutes. I waited patiently nearby, but I noticed that customers who ordered the same product after me were served their mini hot dogs before I was. When I went to inquire about my order, the staff told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes because they were just starting to prepare it. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

Long line and pretzel wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped. Frozen lemonade good but very very sugary.

Very rude white man working. Asking me to grab a straw when I didn't heard him he said ''You didn't heard me what I said? '' I was felt I am working for him, highly not recommended. Near Taco Bell

Really easy and very quick transactions with the gentleman working. He was busy making fresh pretzels.Asked what we wanted, offered icing, gave the cinnamon pretzels, pay and done.It was good and soft and warm.Easy to pull apart, yummy:)

No employee nor food to be seen at opening time (after 11:10am). Poorly managed human resources.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 8 buckets of pretzel bites and around 20 dipping sauces a week in advance and received a confirmation email. I even called the day before my scheduled pick up to confirm everything was in order and the person on the phone was very confused about my order. Thinking I’d finally figured it out and things were squared away, I got to Auntie Anne’s to pick up my order at the scheduled, confirmed time and it was no where to be found. The two employees working there had no idea what happened and told me that my order would be ready in an hour. I could not wait until then as I had an event at work that I was needing these pretzels for. The store employee handed me his own cellphone to talk to the manager who told me he’d “get it figured out” by taking my name and email. That didn’t figure anything out though, because I didn’t have any pretzels!!!! After waiting for 30 minutes I received a paper copy of a refund receipt and no digital version. I’d think twice before ordering for an event. Total incompetence.
