I ate here after Christmas shopping. I had the Large Buffalo Chicken Philly and the loaded bacon, ranch and cheese fries combo. Chicken was good but do not care for the big pickles that were included by default. The Buffalo also came with Banana peppers but I left them off. The chicken was good and juicy but not the best I have had. It was decent but did not seem like it was cooked like a philly chicken usually is but it was alright. The loaded fries were good. Today I had an amazing experience at Charley's, the customer service was excellent and the product was exactly what I was looking for, I was very pleased with the service I received, they went out of their way to help me since it was my first time in this store.

Surprisingly delicious! I wasn't sure what I was to expect being mall food court dining, but I was very satisfied. The Bacon 3 Steak sandwich was was tasty, looked just like the photos and very filling for a small. The service was friendly, the Ultimate fries were perfect and the Original Lemonade was delightful! I was in a "don't know what I want mood" and I happened upon a great find! Well done, CC!
