I ate here after Christmas shopping. I had the Large Buffalo Chicken Philly and the loaded bacon, ranch and cheese fries combo. Chicken was good but do not care for the big pickles that were included by default. The Buffalo also came with Banana peppers but I left them off. The chicken was good and juicy but not the best I have had. It was decent but did not seem like it was cooked like a philly chicken usually is but it was alright. The loaded fries were good. This location is in the mall so seating can be tight when busy and it is pretty much self service. If I went back I would try the traditional philly but personally I would not get the Buffalo Sandwhich again.

Today I had an amazing experience at Charley's, the customer service was excellent and the product was exactly what I was looking for, I was very pleased with the service I received, they went out of their way to help me since it was my first time in this store.

Bad service while I was ordering food I asked the girl at the register what where the options to add to my sandwich she replied with uhh idk then I order the loaded fries and they only served me fries with cold cheese and barely any bacon and forgot my ranch on the fries forgot my pickles overall the girl was not helpful at all very rude three women where working that day the other two on the line where friendly

Legit ordered a cheese steak told them 4 times no veggies and 4 times I brought it back bc they added a new veggie. First time had tomatoes onions bell peppers. Second onion peppers. Third peppers were still on. Forth time I bite into it finally and there's a giant onion.

This is by the worst Charley’s Philly Steaks I had. My sister and I went to get a simple Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was made very poorly by I don’t know the lady I believe. My experience eating the sandwich was disgusting and dissatisfying. The cheese was NOT MELTED at all. Our food was STALE and the meat was not fresh. The ingredients were just dumped in 5 seconds and the Mexican guy at the cash counter was speaking too fast.

Surprisingly delicious! I wasn't sure what I was to expect being mall food court dining, but I was very satisfied. The Bacon 3 Steak sandwich was was tasty, looked just like the photos and very filling for a small. The service was friendly, the Ultimate fries were perfect and the Original Lemonade was delightful! I was in a "don't know what I want mood" and I happened upon a great find! Well done, CC!
