I had a great experience at Cinnabon today. I ordered a Cotton Candy Chillatta, and it was delicious, refreshing, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for.
The young lady working at the kiosk was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She took the time to tell me about the Cinnabon app and explained the benefits of downloading it, which I appreciated. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made my visit even more enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Cinnabon. As soon as you turn into the food court, you can immediately smell the wonderful aroma of fresh cinnamon, which is inviting. The condo room was good, it taste fresh and enjoyable. The staff member who showed me was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent costumer service. Overall, it was pleasant visit and I would definitely come back again
Is this a Chillatta?!? It's my first ever and I thought I read that it was CREAMY... this is straight half a cup of ice! Cheater me of my money for that is NOT a full properly prepared creamy drink!.
