This is the reason I bake my own cinnamon rolls at home. Quality food is lacking in most places.The cinnamon roll was very dry and had very little icing. Upon asking for additional icing, was told could get a small cup which is about a teaspoon for $1. Fortunately had leftover cream cheese frosting in the fridge. Good food... worst service ever!!! One of The girls were at the cell all the time, when I ask for a bag for my order she literally throws my order inside very rude... poor poor poor service!!!

I had such a bad experience here. I ordered two original cinnabons and went to the wrong pickup spot (my fault, but you'd think the app would specify since there are two locations in the mall). The cops were breaking up a dispute between the customer in front of me and the employee, so that took forever. Then, when I got to the right spot, they gave me the wrong order and the quality was the equivalent of day-old grocery store clearance rack items. Definitely not the Cinnabon...read full review
