I never leave a review but this time I need too…Yesterday we went and bought some things (cinnamon rolls) but what really bothered me that a lady from the employees in the back yelled at my husband for coming in and wanting to grab a juice for my son...what happened was that the door was half closed and my husband didn't want to bother in telling them and it happened because we saw them in a hurry and the lady yelled at him with an attitude telling him that he couldn't open the door but in a rude way....I got upset because I didn't even speak to my husband like that so that some stupid woman it wasn't our fault that she was in a bad mood, a lot of times that can happen in other bad street stores but in the memoral mall they must train their employees better to have better professionalism when addressing customers...and that's why in that case I will never go back to that store or buy something from that company …the worst customer service

We went to order and the lady who was at the counter had no idea what she was doing. She gave us the wrong food and was stacking condiment cups on the counter. I grew super large about 10 rows high and then it fell all over the counter and she started joking with her coworkers and cussing loudly. Won’t be coming back here. This continued as a line began to grow.

Not sure what the ass hat behind the counters issue is but he definitely hates his job . He was standing at the registers and completely ignored me ... I had to say hey man can I get a cinnamon bun ... he was short and rude the whole time I did not get his name but he was wearing blue shirt and had black glasses and a black beard . Dude needs to not work here

It was a sad terrible service… the churro tasted like cardboard, like it was made last night the Cinnabons was not even appealing. Not fresh, The Mocha Latte drink was sad no accessories. I had to mention to put the chocolate..I was better off going to McDonald’s. The service was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Employees had ear buds in their ears and kept asking what we were ordering. Never ever going back there to that location.

Around 11:30am this morning 10/27/23 me and my wife decided to stop by and get a Cinnabon, but we where received with a such disrespectful way, i had nicely asked the lady if i can get a Cinnabon but before i finish asking she talked over me and told me to wait till she was finish, with a mean look and turn her back on us.. i felt so disrespected we decided to just walk away.. LADY LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME AND RESPECT ALL COSTUMERS this location is at memorial mall near the playground

This is the reason I bake my own cinnamon rolls at home. Quality food is lacking in most places.The cinnamon roll was very dry and had very little icing. Upon asking for additional icing, was told could get a small cup which is about a teaspoon for $1. Fortunately had leftover cream cheese frosting in the fridge. This was my first time coming here in years. They have definitely changed for the worst. The cinnamon rolls used to be fresh and covered in icing. As others have stated, no friendly workers.

Went at 8:25 PM and was told since the mall closes at 8 they don’t serve. Please change the time so customers wont’t come. When I was told the workers were nice about it.

I had such a bad experience here. I ordered two original cinnabons and went to the wrong pickup spot (my fault, but you'd think the app would specify since there are two locations in the mall). The cops were breaking up a dispute between the customer in front of me and the employee, so that took forever. Then, when I got to the right spot, they gave me the wrong order and the quality was the equivalent of day-old grocery store clearance rack items. Definitely not the Cinnabon I remember.
