They don’t have a detailed or specific line, my husband was skipped by the staff and when we complained, she just laughed and ignored us. Bad customer service. We did not buy anything.

Despite the long line, this Auntie Anne’s location really impressed me! The team working there was amazing — super friendly, fast, and showed great communication and teamwork. You could tell they were in sync, which made the line move much quicker than expected. I grabbed a pizza pretzel and a Cinnabon, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, warm, and totally hit the spot. Big kudos to the staff for keeping things moving smoothly and with a smile, even during a busy rush. Great job

Cheap drinks if you work at the airport

Great to pick up for your flight and they also have Cinnabons nice hot cookies and everything chocolatey in cakes. You can get drinks too. Great to use to help keep your kids happy waiting for flights. Nice and clean

The gentleman running the counter had such a fun and high-spirited attitude! They had yummy cinnamon sugar pretzels here too.

I ate a pretzel dog and immediately felt ill. My flight was 3 hours, so you know how miserable and in pain I was. IT WAS THE ONLY THING I ATE THAT DAY, and I was FINE, till I ate there. I landed , and puked immediately . Also, if you don’t tell them you want a SMALL beverage, greedy Asian guy will charge you for a Large.
I read in another review someone also received a spoiled pretzel dog. SMH! DISGUSTING !!! And Greedy. Get it together and do better. Stop being so greedy
