Despite the long line, this Auntie Anne’s location really impressed me! The team working there was amazing — super friendly, fast, and showed great communication and teamwork. You could tell they were in sync, which made the line move much quicker than expected. I grabbed a pizza pretzel and a Cinnabon, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, warm, and totally hit the spot. Great to pick up for your flight and they also have Cinnabons nice hot cookies and everything chocolatey in cakes. You can get drinks too. Great to use to help keep your kids happy waiting for flights. Nice and clean
The customer service was good, but the pretzels I received were over baked and burnt. It was almost like eating rubber while trying to chew on them. There should be a policy that states that they should not be putting out poorly made items for sale especially when we pay around $5 for a pretzel.
