Look I understand it's hard to get help. But sending out a crispy burger vice medium is unsatisfactory. This was a $22.00 Burger! Came out well past well done. Asked for extra pickles got none. Asked for some and received two and a half! Not happy felt like a waste of money.
My husband ordered the Tex-Mex burger and I ordered the Impossible burger. It took quite a while for the order to arrive, so I expected it would be hot, at least. Both of us had room temp fries and burgers. The photo is of the toppings that came on my burger. The order app only allows 16 characters to specify any special requests.
