Kid-friendliness: He was kind enough to let my daughter know her pretzel was hot since it was freshly made & gave her extra napkins wrapped around it for her.
I stood there and watched the young lady touching the register and go straight to rolling the dough with her hands. Wiping her forehead and straight to the dough. Digging in her pockets and straight back to the dough. NOT 1 TIME DID SHE WASH HER HANDS IN BETWEEN NOR USE GLOVES. THAT COULD MAKE SOMEONE SICK AND GET FOOD POISONING. The only location who is sanitary is the Galleria Auntie Annes.Do not eat here!!!!!!!!! I passed on my pretzel. I’m good!

Very rude white man working. Asking me to grab a straw when I didn't heard him he said ''You didn't heard me what I said? '' I was felt I am working for him, highly not recommended. Near taco bell

It was not bad. Nice cashier. They give you processed dip for pretzels, nasty. The pretzels bites where not bad. The dough was well seasoned, they were a bit over cooked.
