I dined here for the first time, and unfortunately, I don’t plan on returning. The parking appeared to be valet-only, and there was some difficulty with the valet service, particularly regarding manual transmission vehicles. The valet fee was paid with tip, although I had to retrieve my own vehicle.
The service from our server was adequate, but I found the food to be underwhelming for the price point. Several dishes lacked the flavor I was expecting. Overall, I felt the value did not match the cost, and I would likely choose another restaurant in the future. The best food was the bread.
Additionally, there was a 3% restaurant operations fee added to the bill, which was unexpected. It would have been helpful to have this disclosed more clearly in advance. Given the already high menu prices, the additional fee felt surprising.

You to be our favorite steak place in houston but things have changed. I came for father's day and let me say this the Service and environment was great. 10/10. The drinks a bread was delicious as well. The steaks (ribeye, NY strip) did not.meet.our expectations. As stated before Ive bee here several times throughout the years and this is the first time I tasted cheap Stark. (Comparable to Outback) It me.by surprise and I hope they get it together because I really liked this place

This place seems to need several adjustments. First of all, they charge a 3% fee supposedly to cover operational costs. Nonsense.
The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the tomato soup, which wasn’t any better than Campbell’s canned soup. We waited around 40 minutes for our food, and the waiter eventually stopped showing up at our table. The restaurant was only about 60% full at best, so there was really no excuse for the delay.
The prime rib had a strong aftertaste, made me feel nauseous after eating it, and felt very heavy on the stomach. The Yorkshire pudding was also terrible. My mom ended up returning her BLT salad because the tomatoes were green and the dish was poorly executed overall.
Overall, this place felt extremely overrated and honestly just bad. Even the lighting felt off, and there seemed to be no real coordination between the servers. For the price and reputation, it was a very disappointing experience.
B&B Butchers offers delicious food with high quality steaks and well prepared dishes. However, the overall experience doesn’t quite match the price point. While the food is consistently tasty and well executed, the service and atmosphere don’t feel elevated enough to justify the cost. Not sure why, but it feels more like you’re paying for the name than a premium dining experience. Good, but not great value.

We chose B&B to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. B&B claims an elevated experience and certainly has prices to match that claim. The service was the only excellent thing about our visit. We were shoved in a corner and had to actually move our table to get out and use the restroom. Elevated? I think not! The food was good, not exceptional. I ordered a Cosmo from the bar and it came to me hot. Not just underchilled, but very warm. I emailed them twice and got no response. We will find a different place to spend our money next time.

Went for a birthday dinner. The food was delicious, Porterhouse with Bacon Mac n Cheese and Cream Spinach!! Service was top notch as well! Highly recommend for an upscale steakhouse!!
