The coworks are hella rude and one of them was in the back eating while during a rush and the other one wasnt helping there was a boy taking orders all by his self and he did an amazing job and was sweet i never got his name and i havent seen him in 2 weeks

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They can’t even hear or understand in the drive thru maybe it’s a malfunction on the drive thru so they made me order at the window, the two young girls had the worst manners and then they do not give me the flat top I asked for and I told her twice so I ask for an extra cup and the girl who handed it to me didn’t even apologize or say anything when I mentioned to her it was supposed to be a flat top. Then the other girl hands me everything else with a bothered look in her face and I say thank you with again no reply. This location honestly is horrible and never even got a receipt.

Absolutely love Bahama Bucks, which makes it hard to say this—but our recent experience to this location was really disappointing. When we walked in, no one greeted us or even acknowledged us. Instead, we were met with an unfriendly look that made us feel completely unwelcomed. The place was completely empty.
If the intention was to get us to leave, it worked. I don’t like to spend my money where kindness and basic customer service skills are missing. I truly believe businesses thrive when they treat people with respect and offer genuine hospitality.
Wishing the owner the best—I hope things improve for future.

Everyone needs to be fired. An hour wait for a snow cone is crazy. My children really wanted a snow cone otherwise I would’ve left. I actually saw one of your workers put tap water on my snow cone. They do not know how to handle multiple customers. They brought me one snow cone out of three and then served everyone after us. That is unacceptable.

Slowest ever!!! One car in line and no one inside and still took forever!
I have been to this location three times this summer and every time it has been a horrible experience because the employees are extremely slow in taking orders and then they are even slower in giving you the items.
The odd thing is that every time I go, I see at least three different employees going in and out of the back room. It seems unclear why they are not all focused on taking orders and making snow cones.

Customer service at this establishment was absolutely horrendous. Went in today at 7pm for an Oreo milkshake, was given attitude and laughed at for my order. Employees beg for tips and make your food wrong when you don’t tip. Curly haired employee was wiping drinks with disgustingly dirty towels. My milkshake had a fruit flavor from unwashed machines. Hopefully management steps up immediately.

Please fix the hours that are posted online that you're open especially Sunday. Drove all the way over and even seen 1 vehicle at the drive thru windows getting served at 7:15pm to be told that you close at 7pm.

They have the rudest and laziest employees here. I just went to the drive-through and literally got told to place my order online because they were busy and I was ordering to much. That way it would be ready when I got there and I’m like I’m already here in the drive-through. What are you talking about? We kept going in circles and I finally just left completely completely ridiculous
