Super Professional! I asked if they hand-made their flour tortillas, and he gave me a straight-up answer. Which was "no." Don't know how many places beat around that bush, lol. I got the quesabirria with corn tortillas, and I have to say the consome is SO GOOD! You dip that in there like it's nacho cheese. I had the quesabirrias and they were bomb. Dont get with someone put they had no flavor, that's a lie. I'm from mexico and can appreciate a good taco place, they are rare to find. They taste great here. Would definitely recommend them. Plan on going back for sure.

Best quesabirria ever!!! It’s 4 tacos for around 13 dollars. Birrias were super crispy, not too cheesy but the perfect amount to where you don’t feel too bloated. The consumé was phenomenal as well as the pickled onions. Perfect amount of spice and seasoning. My favorite taco truck.
