My server was very pleasant! She laughed with me as a practiced my Spanish with her. She even helped me with a few words as she prepared my sandwich. These types of interactions make you want to return to the establishments. My bread was just a little stale, but I enjoyed my sandwich.
The representative was great costumer service , but there is only one employee and it got super busy while I was waiting for my order , I dont think is fair that only one person work when it get bussy , how the employe used the restroom?? Need to work on that

We normally order online to skip the line. 2 sandwiches and 1 salad. Order was pushed aside to take care of walk-ins. Waited over 20 mins after showing up the estimated time it should be done. If they were busy or shorthanded I'd understand. But this was also the third time this has happened.
