The staff is always very friendly every time I stop in. This location is super convenient for me to pick up meals for the week on my way home from work. The meals are pretty tasty. I was sad when I saw they discontinued their Omega Salmon and Aloha Chicken meals. Those were two of my favorites. So good! I do have to look closely at their nutrition labels as a lot of their meals tend to be a bit high on sat fats and sugars for my personal needs. I wish their website was better at listing their full nutrition labels for each meal. It would make ordering online a lot better for me. There is another, less convenient, company that has better options for my nutritional needs and their website is a bit more inclusive that I will probably still use more often but this location for Balanced Foods is still really convenient for when I didn't have time to order from the other company.

Tried my first dish from here. The southwest chicken lunch. It’s lacking flavor I had to dump bbq sauce on it , the pico has some flavor but it needs a sauce of sorts like anything. Ginger maybe a glaze. As it stands I would be better off buying a heb meal or a Kroger 5$ meal that has some flavor. Will review the other meals I got next on here

Foods are decently priced with a variety to choose from & good macros. Their buffalo chicken wrap & pizzas are pretty good & Thuong was super helpful with everything!

BalancedFood really lives up to the Fresh, Fit, Fast motto! I just had the Cauli Crust Chicken Pizza and it was incredible—tasted incredibly fresh and didn't leave me feeling heavy. A special thank you to the manager, Lesli, for ensuring the service was just as fast as the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

I walked in to the store today and lezlie was so welcoming and friendly. she is willing to help with all the questions i had and told me all about the items that fit my dietary needs. With the way the world is nowadays you don’t find many people like Lezlie that is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to be friendly and helpful especially not in the customer service industry. Yall got a keeper with her

Lezlie is an absolute gem at Balance Foods! Every time I walk in, she greets me a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the meals is impressive-she always takes her time to explain what the meals include and suggest different meals I should try. She makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. You can tell she truly cares about helping people live better and feel better.
