We arrived at the store around 1:30 at noon on Saturday, and within five minutes of ordering, all the dishes were served. First of all, the mutton skewers were not too hot. I don’t know if it was too late. What we were given were leftover skewers, which were not grilled on site. The hot pot I ordered was the spicy mutton pot and the clear soup pot. The overall taste was good, but it was too salty and I drank a lot of water in the afternoon. Apart from taking orders, the waiter never came to ask how our food was. We all added water ourselves. However, the waiters were very nice when asking questions, so I gave an 18% tip. I hope that in the future, the waiter will ask the guests what their requirements are, or take the initiative to pour water and soup. Also, don’t add too much salt or anything else, as it will make people very thirsty and uncomfortable. Overall good, please keep up the good work!

Finally found an authentic and delicious Chinese restaurant! The hand-caught mutton is the best, the beef is also good, and the hand-caught rice is also delicious. I forgot to order the grilled buns.

Was told there would be a 20 minute wait, but waited an hour in an overly crowded waiting area, followed by a 15-20 minute wait for our food. The lengthy delay was especially frustrating for a simple kids’ meal of chicken nuggets, which, after a long wait, arrived without the fries due to the kitchen running out. The restaurant offered a complimentary red bean paste pancake to make up for it, but confusion over the nugget portion size and pricing added to the frustration. The dining experience was further marred by a chilly ambiance due to frequently opened doors and the discomfort of having people waiting for tables standing too close to us. While the lamb dishes met our expectations taste-wise, the service and dining environment left a lot to be desired.
