me and my bf came here yesterday and we were so excited. i’ve never had the bep before and he kept telling me we had to go when we go to houston so i was excited to try it !! we go in and look at the menu and was greeted by staff. we had some questions about the spicy banh mi and the girl at the counter couldn’t explain so she asked another girl and she explained to us. as she was explaining, other workers around started to look at us and started whispering in vietnamese....read full review

Expensive for the area (you can get great boba tea inside the loop for cheaper) but the tea I had was good. Parking lot is not though, unless you don't mind Hitchcockian bands of crows pooping on your car in dirty surroundings. Customer service was not great, too busy to acknowledge waiting customers.
