The host did a great job of not revealing the surprise. Or server was relaxed and easy to work with...slightly embarrassed I don't remember his name. Thank you for the desserts! Very thoughtful. My family also enjoyed the playlist thoroughly.

Everything was basically great, but the steak sandwich should have been pre sliced as it is difficult to eat a filet on baguette. When I asked for a knife to cut it myself, the steak knife was more dull than the butter knife.

Food and setting were wonderful, and wait staff was nice. As they got busier staff was less attentive. We shared an entree and sides and would have liked a spoon for splitting the sides but didn't want to wait for someone to have time to come by the table.

Brunch was delightful and the space is incredible. Beautiful setting and amazing art on the walls - this location is the whole package. Service was slow and at times seemed inattentive.

First time at the venue. There was a choice of the standard dinner menu or a set menu to choose from; we chose the set menu. Our waiter was attentive and friendly without being overly intrusive. We were not rushed and allowed to savor the food and ambience. Food was top notch; that was expected based upon the pricing. We were allowed to look around the hotel and such and found the facilities beautiful. We also learned there was an extensive renovation in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The restaurant seemed to be under staffed , our table was not ready in time , and the waiter seemed to be very behind and took longer than expected for our food and drinks , I suggest to staff the restaurant properly on busy holidays , won't be returning back I expected a lot more for what I paid for

Very slow service. Set menu for Valentine's Day but still took 2.5 hours. They seemed very overwhelmed. Food underwhelming. Our whole room of 4 tables were very frustrated by the experience.

Wife and I had a wonderful St. Valentine Day dinner/drinks, seated at the bar. Sergio, your bartender, was terrific in preparing our mixed drinks and serving our dinner!! Don't "lose" Sergio!!

Our first trip to the restaurant - we will return. There was a birthday party with a large group of young people (celebrating someone's 30th birthday) in the bar, which is essentially adjacent to the dining area. This led to quite a bit of noise - and an encounter with one heavily inebriated guest in the women's restroom - but on the whole, the ambiance was very nice, and we enjoyed our food.
