this bar was my very favorite in all of houston for sooooo many years, until I went back for the first time in a while and I got ripped off by the bar tender. I gave him my card at the beginning of the night and when I went to close out he told me it was declined. my friend offered to pay the tab and us to send money to her, but we came back to our accounts days later to find that we were both charged. filed with the bank and they’re refusing to refund so I am out 100 bucks 🤠 it was a fun night though, probably would just recommend keeping cash on you. also, the 10 bucks was for 3 rounds of 3 drinks- keep that in mind if you’re on a budget!

My favorite club in Houston, Barbarella is the perfect place to just go, dance and feel at home. Unlike a lot of other clubs I feel very welcome there and safe being myself and having fun. A little taste of the Keep Austin Weird vibe in Htown.
Parking: Plenty of parking but don't drink and drive.
Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible at all
