I love this place. I was just there a couple of minutes ago and everyone is so kind, and helpful. They make sure the place is clean and they are very respectful.A couple of minutes ago, when I was there….a customer was very rude to one of the workers. I witnessed the misunderstanding and the woman was awful and started name calling and saying things about the worker being “rude” and “not knowing what he was doing”. I disagree. he handled the situation very well, and ignored her commentary. I think he handled it with grace and was still respectful afterwards.

I came to this location for my birthday to get the free 4 ounce cup of ice cream. I am a member of Baskin-Robbins, and I even showed her my account and my birthday on the Baskin-Robbins website and we went back-and-forth about this for at least 15 minutes. I was not able to find it the coupon, even though I proved it was my birthday and that I was registered as a member, so I ended up leaving the location with no ice cream. It was extremely disappointing that this location wasn't more accommodating.

Very poor food safety and hygiene practices. The cashier did put one glove on but proceeded to scratch her head multiple time with the same hand she used to hold my cone. No hair net or hat on to cover her dreads. I felt so uncomfortable I could not even purchase.

Literally just walked in at this moment and got ignored. Someone that was sitting down ordered and immediately was helped. 2 people walked in right behind me and they were helped as well. 1 staff member walked right in front of me to check on the drinks and didn't bother to asked if I been helped. No one EVER acknowledged me so my family and I walked out. WORST SERVICE!!!!

Service was great! Facility was clean and waffle cones freshly made. Variety of ice cream was stocked and plenty of toppings were available.
The service is great and the employees are very friendly and polite. The owner is so sweet and has come to my rescue a couple times when I needed a last minute cake.
