We were a group of 4 and each ordered multiple scoops of ice cream either in cups or cones. So we spent a good bit. I asked if I could use the restroom and the guy looked at me with disgust saying, "we don't have any public restrooms". Time to take our ice cream business elsewhere. Four customers lost forever.

Great place to get a large variety of ice cream flavors, located in Rice Village close to Rice University. There are plenty of places to get ice cream in the village, and this is one of the more affordable places ($4.19 for one scoop, $5.79 for two). We got a two scoop vanilla/strawberry and two scoop mocha almond fudge/lemon custard. Since a 2 scoop sundae is only 20 cents more, we went with that. There were 3 people working, but each had their responsibiilty (one responsible for cakes, one for mobile order, and one for walk-in) so we waited a bit. We thought the lemon custard was very good, and it mixed surprisingly well with the rich, dark coffee ice cream. There are a few tables to the side, so we finished our ice cream in a cup out of the heat, ready to continue out in the heat.

Young rude lady told us to just figure out what flavor we wanted and was super rude and seemed very annoyed that we came in not sure if it was because we were white or not but I should have spent my 62 dollars somewhere else as me and the kids ate our ice cream I noticed her attitude was gone when a African American man came in and ordered she gave him 7 different flavors to taste the owner should do a better job hiring racist workers especially in this location she was so rude we won’t be back and we eat baskin and robin twice a week looks like marble slab here we come the girl in pink

Baskin-Robbins was great! I did have a few problems. Parking was not easy and they don't have mint chocolate chip ice cream anymore. But my kids love BR!

Talk about a blast from the past. When I saw the shop my daughter said my eyes lit up like I had won the lottery. Well I’m old school and grew up on Baskin Robbins and you don’t see them that frequently (at least I don’t). After she had her double scooped cookies/cream waffle cone she could better relate. We were so caught up sitting outside on the pink bench we failed to take pictures - but no worries as we’re going back this weekend ?

Who can go wrong with Baskin Robbins ice cream!! I love this location because they always have pre-made cakes ready in case you forget any special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, or mother's day/Father's Day! I've always gotten their pecan praline cake and it is always a hit! The Oreo cake is also equally fantastic! They also have options to customize their cakes if you order them a few days in advance! When I went in today, they were super helpful and even wrote on the cake quickly! There are only a few designated parking spots and a few seating areas inside, but their ice cream is worth it!

What really made my visit special was the exceptional customer service I received from one of the employees.The employee went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the different flavors and helped me decide which ones to try. They even offered me samples to make sure I was happy with my choices.What really impressed me was when I mentioned that it was my friend's birthday, and I wanted to get them a cake. The employee took the time to ask me about my friend's favorite flavors and suggested some cake options that they thought my friend would love. They even offered to write a special message on the cake to make it more personal.Overall, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received at Baskin Robbins. The employee who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and exceptional customer service.

Went here for ice cream just now with my son. He wanted 1 scoop of cookies and cream. The lady said there wasn't any. I asked her again because there was still quite a bit left, easily enough for one scoop. She looked at the same tub as me and said no. It was the weirdest thing, not sure why she didn't want to sell us it. She served the people before us too and seemed very annoyed.
