Bad customer service with the gentlemen there, according to the receipt it may be Israel. The Baskin and Robbins is in my area, normally I go through the drive-thru, today we went. I'm sorry that we inconvenienced your day by coming in to purchase ice cream on one of the hottest days.

The employees are too concerned with closing shop early. I arrived at 8:50pm to find the lobby closed when closing hours are 10pm. We ordered two Oreo shakes in the drive thru and they came out super watery. We came back around to get a refund from them and the girl working today said that she hasn’t been trained on how to do refunds and that the shakes are made following the recipe. We pressed and after some time she offered to remake them and told us to throw away the watery ones.They came out thick the second time, turns out they had skimped on the ice cream. She gives us the new shakes and made sure to tell us that she is not supposed to remake messed up drinks. Never coming here again because I can get stuck with nasty drinks essentially. I’ll go to sonic okay thanks bye.

I went there yesterday, store looks so nice but only in the outside, inside was dirty only one mad person working I was waiting for about 5 minutes then more people arrived and the guy skipped me he looked stressed because I ordered 4 cups then he got mad because I had to pay. I saw some cups for sale and I asked for one of those, he got mad again then when I tried to pay once again plus he said he did not have any change so he needed exactly cash (when I had give him change before) well he just threw the cup to me and love to the next customer. I love BR but simply the service in this location deserves a -10⭐️ to be honest.

I truly hope they fix this. We came last week to get a brownie sundae then they said they had no more brownies. Ok so then we asked for a banana split. No bananas. Ok, then we asked for a sundae with pineapples and they replied they had no pineapples, no whipped cream, no chocolate syrup, caramel, just oreos. We left.
