Samaria was a dear I ask her if her if could place an order for a soft fry’s.. because my granddaughter just got braces n was hungry eating is a difficult.. the staff did a remarkable job customer service excellent..kudos
Not happy about the request for a tip on drive up order. Also having given my order twice and it was repeated back ,I was given the wrong size sandwich . I enjoy Charleys and will go back ,I just have to make sure of want I get is what I order.
