Went once at about 9:55 and they were closed. Completely understood since it was only 5 minutes before closing time. Went again today at about 9:20ish and they were closed again! They need to update their hours.

I truly hope they fix this. We came last week to get a brownie sundae then they said they had no more brownies. Ok so then we asked for a banana split. No bananas. Ok, then we asked for a sundae with pineapples and they replied they had no pineapples, no whipped cream, no chocolate syrup, caramel, just oreos. We left.

Do not come to this place! Very rude manager! They are open but not “doing icecream” right now lol All the icecream is available and its 2:38pm. When I asked why, they responded “we’re just not” smh who are they hiring these days!!!

The atmosphere is great. They have various flavors you can choose from. I personally tried the large cookies and cream Milkshake. It truly was a large. Maybe 24 oz. Also the shake itself had plenty of cookies, the consistency was perfect for shake. Not too liquidity or solid but just right. The flavor reminded me of Blue bell although it is Baskin's brand. Over all the shake I give a 9.5. Only because I like a touch of chocolate syrup with my cookies and cream shake. I'm definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!

They don't even have the ice cream labeled correctly and have zero idea what anything is. They literally do not know what they're selling you. Tons of freezer burn all over most of the ice creams, further obscuring what they are.Just pathetic. Fire everyone there.
