Wings were nowhere near good as what the menu shows. Service was good. That's no lie. But, the taste could have been a whole lot better.

I was having lunch with my family and over heard a few of the employees as well as a manager by the name of Jessica Arguing and saying very inappropriate things on the phone towards a guest. I did not appreciate the language being used in a derogatory way. My family and I will NOY be returning because I thought this was a family restaurant.

I used to order from here however I will no longer be a customer. They charge extra for to go orders over the phone or online. Why do I need to pay a fee when I'm picking up my own food. Makes no sense!! Check your recipts because they won't tell you..

Stopped in 12/14; somewhat busy but not full by any means. Someone took a drink order after 5 minutes and brought a drink, but then never took an order. No one would serve me. After 20 minutes, went to front to let them no I hadn’t been waited on, and was told “oh well, we are sorry”, and then they walked off. That was it; no offer to take an order or assist. So, just left and won’t be back.

absolutely horrible service when i first called i was placed on a 10 min hold !! as if they were so busy when i finally was able to plave my order the girl who took my order could not stop LAUGHING THE ENTIRE TIME was giggling with her co workers in the back. once my order was placed i went to pick it up .. the wings were burnt and barely had any sauce on them when i tried to talk to her she stopped and turned around to start giggling with her co workers i just decided to leave i was not going to spend my money on food that is burnt and barely had sauce on it .. management needs to do better absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Wings are big, sauces are perfect. Service is a bit vanilla. Just OK. Nice Sports Bar feel. Will come back. Bar is configured a bit odd. Lots of locals.

**Review on Grilled Wings** Ordered a to-go family meal for 4 ( not cheap) last night. Ordered grilled wings, trying to be a little more healthy. Unfortunately, half the wings were burnt and you could taste the gas of the grill. It was late, we were tired and that's why we ordered take out. Other than that, the girls at the to-go counter were great and the food came out quick. It just sucks when you spend a lot of money on food and your not 100% happy.
At first I left a 1 star rating, But after talking to I assume one of the assistant managers I think her name was Jessica. She had made sure everything was taken care of. I have never had someone go above and beyond to make sure that I wasn’t just a dollar sign for a Buisness and instead family. I will definitely be coming back because it is my favorite restaurant to come and enjoy an Astros game.

I called in and placed my order over the phone. When I got there to pick it up the front guy was confused and kept walking back and forth then says oh you are going to have to wait for the guy that took your order over the phone. Meanwhile ten minutes later another guy walks over and asks if that’s my order I said I guess so.. expensive food not that great quality. Too greasy it leaked through the paper bag on my floor board of car. The macaroni and cheese tastes like plastic. The kids cheeseburger tastes like fake meat. All in all not worth the drive or the cost. I will not be going back.
