I patronize this business all the time and have been all my life. Sometimes several times a week and rarely have issues. Most recently I went and ordered a baked potato with no onions and extra bacon, along with other things. I made it home, opened my plate, and there were onions on my potato, LOTS of them. I called the store. They asked if I wanted to come back in tonight. I told them I was not in the area but they could provide me with a replacement when I was in the area. The lady then proceeds to tell me I would need to bring the baked potato back when I come. So you’re telling me I would first be inconvenienced in the fact that I now already have to use my gas to drive back to your establishment to get the correct order that I paid for from the beginning, AND I can’t eat tonight because I have to save the baked potato to bring it back to you in order for you to correct YOUR wrong??? I told her I was going to have to scrape off the onions and sour cream and replace it with my own sour cream just to be able to eat the potato which would warrant a replacement by itself, but you’re telling me I can’t even do that because I have to save the potato and bring it back whenever that might be?!? Absolutely atrocious customer service. Do NOT come here!

The barbecue is all right not as good as it used to be. I don’t recommend their sauce and the brisket isn’t smoked. The chicken fried steak is pretty good but the thing I love the most is their baked potatoes under new management. They require you to pay for extra toppingswhereas old Management included it at no additional charge. The Delaware punch is amazing and I love their chopped beef, Po boys.

Really Beef and Bun BBQ !!! This place has been in the neighborhood for "umpteen years" and you mean to tell me you guys are using these Pre fab, hamburger patties 👎🏾 Y'all can at least let some of that bbq pit smoke hit my pre fab patty ! Oh wait THERE IS NO PIT SMOKE ! God bless my mother for being stuck in her ways and insisting I bring her to this place .

The food tastes like it was made in an oven. The brisket had no smoke ring visible. The ribs had a fishy taste. The only thing I would recommend is the Cole slaw. I plan on going back for the slaw only.

I hadn’t been here in years. Decided to stop by. Arrived at 11:00am, BBQ chicken was not fresh and tasted like it was left over from the previous day. The salad was straight out of a bag. I gave them a 1 star because the baked potato was hot and tasty and the Delaware punch was wonderful.
Horrible service. The lady taking the orders up front was taking a long time. The workers behind her were trying to help and expedite the orders but she didn’t want their help. This place has really gone downhill.
