We arrived from Corpus Christi, Texas and visited this establishment for Pho on March 29, 2024 at 9:15 p.m and was there until 10:00 p.m., in the outdoor seating area, with my husband and 7 month year old daughter. During our visit here, my husband and I unwinded and enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere, which included comfortable seating and heating for the cooler weather, and we had an amazing time here! The vibe was very European-like and had so much charm—I loved your outdoor area so so much!! I would most importantly like to inform that Cynthia, your server at this restaurant, provided top notch customer service. My husband and I have traveled all over the world, and this girl that you have is a true gem!!! I was captivated by her attentiveness, her enthusiasm and drive to work, her friendly persona, professionalism, and desire to make the customer have a great experience at the establishment. Thank you so much for such a great time!!!!! We left feeling reenergized & extremely content! Cynthia, you are great and your work ethic will take you far!!! Thank you so so much!!!

Far too expensive for what you get, more than double the price of any other Vietnamese restaurant. A service fee and automatic gratuity of 18% is charged for any party size. Very loud place with trivia and karaoke night, so if you’re seeking a nice quiet dinner this isn’t it. I used to recommend this place, I no longer do.

The pho was excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere was a vibe. This is one of my new spots and goto for pho. I highly recommend it. When I'm on this side of town I'll be coming back. Oh, the appetizers were delicious.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. Katie's overtly racist behavior and comments were not only offensive but also led to her refusal to serve me when I addressed the issue. To add to the frustration, I had to resort to going through my friend just to continue receiving service, highlighting the unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere created by Katie's behavior. When I addressed the consistently watered-down drinks, especially shots diluted with ice, her response was dismissive, with a negative comment like, "Oh, you want yours hot!" Katie's entitlement reached a peak as she ejected customers over trivial disagreements. Furthermore, the exorbitant prices make this restaurant an unworthy choice for any diner seeking value and respect.
Bibo's Bistro & Bar is definitely one of Summerwood and Redemption Squares best kept secrets! I love the food and the amazing Happy Hour and Trivia night! The owners and staff are so warm and inviting, they really treat you like family! My son and I go at least once a week for lunch or dinner. Julian and all of the other wait staff take time to get to know you and always make sure your dining experience is top notch! I highly recommend you come try this place for yourself!?

The food was decent, but it’s a bit overpriced. I had chicken fried rice added salmon and my bill was as $29. No egg roll, no drink, just fried rice. They also didn’t have a lunch menu. I went there at 12 noon, so I was surprised that there was not option for lunch with all those businesses around in the area. I had to leave a tip so I ended up paying $34 for fried rice the way I see it. To top it off, parking was not free. I’m not happy about that at all.Parking: Parking in this small area should definitely be free. I had to pay $3.45 for 1.5hr.

I go to Bibo's all the time and the owner is great but that manager is.... questionable. They used to have a bartender there named Trevor who was amazing; I knew we were going to have amazing service and a great experience each time we went, but now that he no longer works there, the service at the bar has really gone to s***. The last few times I have gone it hasn't been right. Something was always off. One time it was the food. Another it was the whole atmosphere... tonight it was the bartender, Jasmine. We walked in and she barely acknowledged that she had ppl sitting at the bar. It was only myself and my spouse sitting up there. She walked past us and asked if we wanted anything then kept walking, b4 we could even respond. There were a couple times we had to ask a waiter or waitress for things as simple as water or to go boxes. We could hardly get her attention to ask for anything and her personality just seemed to be off in general. The entire time we were there she ignored us. Yet she was smiling and giggling with the live performer that was there. The manager was sitting at the bar with us the entire time and said nothing. THEN we were charged 40 bucks for 2 old fashions, 18% automatic gratuity that was absolutely not deserved. 2 entrées and an appetizer, plus the 2 drinks that came out to about only 80 bucks turned into $115. It took us forever to even get the check. I don't believe I would have even been as upset if things were as good as it had been before. It hurts to say any of this because I used to really love that place, now I do not want to step foot back in there. We couldnt get out of there fast enough. I felt robbed and just disgusting leaving tonight. Very disappointing.
