When talking to the waitress about other Ethiopian restaurants in Houston she was very gracious and had a positive attitude about other locations and didn't have anything ugly to say and that was very professional of her and she really gave a great service and had a nice vibe. Wonderful food served in a comfortable environment.
I had the Blue Nile salad which was one of the most interesting salads I have ever enjoyed. I loved the spicy dressing and crisp veggies. Be aware this is a salad for 2 or more (lucky I was really hungry). I also had Doro Wat which had wonderful flavor.
I enjoyed my meal and will be back again.

Blue Nile is very good Ethiopian good. The atmosphere is great and the food was tasty. Our only issue was that some of our servers couldn’t answer questions about the food, menu or favorites because of language barriers. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
