I've visited this place four times in the past year. The first two visits were good, but the last two were disappointing due to poor customer service. The waiter seemed unwelcoming and wasn't friendly when I asked questions about the menu. She even took the menu away while I was still looking at it. This affected our brunch experience negatively, especially since we were with friends and wanted to enjoy ourselves.Outside of the poor customer service, the food was good, coffee was okay, and atmosphere was nice.

Came here for Sunday Brunch, loved the food! My dad and I got sandwiches and finished off with a cappuccino. The ambience was bright and open.Our waitress Sulamita was very attentive and the manager seated us quickly despite being pretty packed. Will be coming back soon!

Took the wife and kids. Wife had a the djerf and I had the long black. BL big brekkie was phenomenal. Our waitress was Alyssa and helped make great recommendations. If you want a good cup of coffee and a great atmosphere, here is the place to go! Shout out to Elida for helping out as well!
