Nice place. We went for a birthday celebration, with high hopes having been to Bludorn. Restaurant is run well, you can feel it, waiters serve the whole table at once (we were 5) which was a nice touch, with settings placed beforehand. Thursday night so not peak crowds. First off the service is phenomenal , Katy who just moved here from NYC is so lovely and Ron our server knows his stuff. The food is fresh and amazing and I’m pretty sure their martini is one of the best I’ve had in Texas. The textures, the flavors, the masterful weaving of thoughtful ingredients leaves little to want.

Better than excellent food and service. A bit loud, and hard to talk due to lack of acoustic control panels (hard, flat wall and ceilings) and too loud and not properly equalized music system.
