Croissant-Brioche bakery Reviews
Lovely little spot, really great pastries. Everything is balanced; not too sweet! Decent coffee too. My favorites are the pear danishes and the croissant muffins. The inside of the building is nicely decorated and very beautiful, but it is a little cramped during busy hours. This is my go-to bakery whenever I visit Houston.
Amazing cafe with wonderful deserts!
Gotta give them all the stars. There’s no pastry that isn’t perfect, cakes are absolutely fantastic (very recommended for any bday), they got a very French-like quiche. The Chai latte is just espectacular and their coffee as well… but when it comes to the staff, 5 stars feels unfair. They are all so sweet, gentle, and very welcoming. Plus the place is such a charming cozy one. Perfect for any occasion, brunch with friends or solo trip. You can even read the newspaper....read full review

Croissant‑Brioche bakery is a small, older European‑style cafe that offers a nice atmosphere for casual dining. Food is good and many customers find it delicious. Popular items include the berry tart, fruit tart, almond pear tart, and eclair. The berry tart is sweet but not super sweet, with a crunchy bottom texture. The fruit tart is fresh and not too sweet. The almond pear tart is fragrant and not too sweet. Other tasty treats are grilled cheese, turkey sandwich, hot cocoa, and broccoli quiche. Coffee is simple and European‑like; the vanilla latte, vanilla coconut frappe, flat white, and coffee selection are well liked. The bakery also sells a range of croissants—chocolate almond, almond, raisin—along with chocolate/white chocolate cake. The staff is kind and helpful, and the place is often busy with people sitting and enjoying their meals. However, there is no public wifi, so it is not the right place to work or stay connected. The bakery is a go‑to spot for many who love pastries and coffee.
