“Wow just wow! Very nice romantic place in Houston that I honestly would like to go back to try everything on the menu. The food was excellent along with the presentation. The staff was superb and very elegant.“

“I came in for afternoon tea service, which is a new service for provided. The place was beautiful, so much little details in things like the menu, and dishes. The staff was wonderful, tea selection was great. Starter tea was great, I chose the oolong with milk and it was so delicious. Side note, free valet parking was nice.

My only feedback for the tea service is:

Jam should be an option with the scones, I know both scones are quite sweet as is, but that should always be an option. I would recommend getting a proper three tier serving for the service. It's much more aesthetic and leaves room to space our the items nicely, and is usually the standard for afternoon tea.

“Bread is good. Many people I spoke to like the bread. Price is reasonable compared to other locations around there. Price depends on the number of food items you want in your bread. My relatives from Dallas always ordered 20 to 30 breads from here to bring home to Dallas.“

I tried the grilled pork chop for my entrée, which came highly recommended, but it was nothing special. It lacked seasoning/flavor.

I highly recommend the mac n cheese.

“The food here is always really good! I always feel service is a huge gap for this business. I've gone a number of times for lunch, and the service is just slow period, regardless if it's a busy crowd or not. It's a great "hole in the wall" type place. Mussle soup is good. Nothing is super "Special" but always good quality.“

“if like us you're always looking for good food you must try this place, it's a very humble place but don't judge a book for it's paste they prepare most of their food when you order it you really feel like you're in a French small cafe, good bless those hands who prepared our breakfast ( we order American breakfast and ot was good but to be honest that the last thing I want to mention it was just American breakfast) crepes, pastries, creme brulee, Madeleine, croissants, macarrons we wanted to try everything and everything was good, I'll stop here and let you give a try.“

“The escargot is to die for - she has the chicken breast with brown raspberry sauce, green beans, and fingerling potatoes. I opted for the special which was steak, roasted tomatoes with bread crumbs, and an au gratin style potatoes that was exceptional. Dessert was a poached pear and ice cream dish and it was also sublime. service was a little lacking - we weren't checked on as much as the other patrons and we found one of the waitresses to not be as knowledgeable about the wine menu as we would've expected. it didn't ruin the evening at all, just a small hiccup. this place is exceptional, we can't wait to go back“
