Stopped in as I have many times for a glass of wine with my best friend. We prefer to sit at the bar, so good bar staff is super important to us. While we have had many lovely experiences there, Loriah is a stand out. Friendly, appropriately attentive, and knowledgeable. It's clear she takes pride in the establishment and what she contributes. We will be back to visit her.

Overpriced tiny portions that weren't even good. Steak was unevenly cooked and the service was slow. We never saw our waiter...

Wow! What a great surprise to find such a great restaurant in Lake Houston area. The crab cake appetizer and lobster ravioli were both excellent. Great atmosphere, good service. I will be returning soon.

The food and atmosphere is always phenomenal. However, this time was the best - Lucio was an amazing server and took great care of us. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and wanted to get photos, he took some and Loriah took her time to get really great photos outside of us when we were leaving. Thank you both for making it a memorable night. The risotto and lobster ravioli are to die for. Both creamy, amazing flavor. I like to add some chilli flakes in the risotto for some kick.

I've been here multiple and it's normally 5 stars. Not tonight. I sat at the bar. Bartender took my drink order and offered menu but never came to take my order. I had to wave down 2nd bartender to take my order. When my pizza came out, no one brought me napkins or a plate. I had to wave a bartender over.Half way through my meal I needed another drink. Not once did any of the two bartenders ask me if I wanted another drink. After my dishes were cleared, the bartender that originally brought the menu came over and asked me if I was ready to order.Overall it was an unusually awful experience.Staff completely ignored me tonight.

Our time at the Bocca Italian Kitchen was incredible. We were shocked by the vibe, customer service of the staff and how well presented the food was. It was not just delicious, it was presented as pieces of art. Well done and we will be returning.

In general the food was good, what I want to highlight the most was the customer service, I really loved the service, they were very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere of the place was great and I could tell that they asked you if you were interested in some type of game in The TV to be more comfortable, the totally pleasant atmosphere and the musical atmosphere, perhaps I would have preferred something more, but a very good experience.

I used to LOVE coming here. But lately the vibe has changed. The quality restaurant it was doesn’t match the music playing. As I had my meal tonight a hostess at the front was on her phone the whole time with it plugged in and charging. They appear to be catering to a younger crowd now. I’ll not be back.

My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and were kind of disappointed. To start, the meatball appetizer is fantastic. Great seasoning on the meatballs and the sauce is delicious. This was the highlight of the evening. For entrees, she got the chicken marsala. The mashed potatoes were very good, but the chicken marsala part not so much. The chicken has very little seasoning to it and the marsala sauce lacked any of the characteristic sweetness of the marsala wine that's supposed to be in it. It was just a tasty brown sauce, but it was not marsala.I got the carbonara. 3 bits in and I could not eat anymore. The amount of pepper that was in there was ridiculous. It overwhelmed everything in the dish. There was another table next to us and both of them not only got the carbonara but were sending it back for the exact same reason. It was not good.I got the salamon piccata instead. The salmon was cooked well, even had a little crispiness on the edges, but the piccata sauce was a bit disappointing. It was very buttery, but did not have that tart hit to it like a piccata should. Even the capers were not super flavorful and just salty. The woman who I assume was a manager was very kind and very nice, kudos to her. Our waiter was a bit slow and there would be seemingly long periods of time where he just wasn't around. We received food without utensils (as did the table next to us), there was an item on their specials that they were out of but we didn't find out until my wife tried to order it (gnocchi).Lastly, when I made the reservation, I put in there that it was our anniversary. I have no idea if this information didn't make it to Bocca or what, but no one said anything about it, so it was as if we were not celebrating anything.I'm not writing this review to slam the restaurant. I worked in restaurants for years and want nothing more than a nice, upscale Italian place in our area. But this just doesn't hit that mark. The food (at least tonight) does not hit the mark. The service does not hit the mark. I wish it did.

Went to this placed when it opened. Loved it. Food and drinks were amazing. Not sure what's happened in a year or so but food quality went down hill. Octopus was my favorite until they tried to fancy it up with some bread crumb layer, lobster bisque was bland and I was served a martini in a champagne glass..?‍♂️..so I stuck with a good ol beer. Can't mess that up.. when you go out to a nice place there are certain things you just expect. I Hope they can fix it. ? The place is beautiful and the service was really good and friendly.
