Bongo's Sports Bar & Cafe

I went with my husband awhile back and they gave poor customer service and overpriced drinks $15 for a mixed drink at a dive bar is insane. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

I have been a customer for many years and the Bongos pastries were for me the best in Houston, but now that I went I was disappointed with the ones that served me nothing like the Honduran pastries, now they are made with weeded meat and potatoes and they were not even toasted and the worst of all is that I ordered 2 orders and I brought them to my house and no one ate them

Nice place to enjoy with family and dance

The manager tried to charge for me a drink that I did not order! I told her immediately after it was brought to my table that this was not what I ordered, so they took it away. Once we were ready to leave I checked my tab and she charged me for the drink. The manager was rude and refused to take it off of my bill even though what was made was not what I ordered. Eventually, the manager took it off after fighting with me about it for 30 minutes. Will not be back.

the black lady is so rude with customers, whit out patience/smile/or communication at all, the food s fresh and good ?

Poor service, did not appreciate how slow they being out food. It would have been better if they at least bring our food fast, we waited waiting for about 20 mins and only 1 plate came when we ordered 4. Service could have been better.

First and last time I will go here first of all order me some hot wings they charge me $18 you guys should see the size of this wings. It was like a joke I promise you guys . I don’t think it was chicken I think it might’ve been some type of pigeon or something so small. It was five times smaller than a traditional wings or Hooters then I’ll ask for some Mexican candy shot. Each shot worth $12 and they were nasty and did not taste like no Mexican candy. And then I’ll order me a beer almost 8 dollars per beer.. I will never go to this place again too expensive and the food is not really that good
