I'm giving my experience from Doordash. I won't be ordering again unfortunately. They are too inconsistent for me. I love their Yakisoba noodles, but the proportions are so small compared to other Asian restaurants and the Shrimp lookin nothing like the picture advertised on doordash taken by the owner. It was the whole reason I ordered the Shrimp Yakisoba Noodles. They were so small unlike what was pictured. Sometimes they overcook the chicken and it just messes up the whole meal. So this was my last time ordering. This should have been on the $12 meal box deal for how small it was.

Thank you so much to Shaun for the wonderful experience! The best time I've had at hibachi by far, we will be back!
Bonsai is a fun place. There’s a place for sitting hibachi meals or traditional tables. We sat at the traditional table. The Fiji Apple sake was delicious. It’s dangerous because it’s so sweet and you don’t taste the alcohol lol We enjoyed our crab puffs, sushi and hibachi steak meal. I love the seasoned steak with fried rice, veggies and house salad. I enjoyed talking to our waitress but she was very busy since it was only her and another waitress present and she had to take the to go orders as well as the hibachi meals. This was a lovely meal and will come back.

We were 4 adults and 2 kids went for dinner and sat at the table waiting for our chef, there were only 2 families before us. It took an hour for the shef to come to us. The staff and chef are all nice, the food is good, but it's not worth the price. They added the tip from their end, $44, which is not nice I think, the guest should decide how much to tip, then the chef was waiting for a tip as well on top of that, really? I don't think will go there again.

Our chef Jay was very friendly and entertained us a lot while he was cooking. The was absolutely delicious; each item was cooked very well, nothing was under or overcooked. The service very good as well. We will definitely come back another.

It’s 10:28pm. I’m driving on the road towards that area. No hate to the guy who picked up the phone, but I called ahead to ask prices for their soup. I then asked for the guys preference on if I should get Togo or dine in, he’s a sweetheart and says “it’s up to you. Kitchen closes at 10:45pm”. I’m like great, I’m 4 minutes away. I get there at 10:32pm. I enter. Wait a while for someone to tend to me as it’s “please wait to be seated” I get told to chose a table, it’s 10:38pm. I finally have someone walking up to me with a menu, presumably the nice guy I talked to on the phone. As he’s walking up, the manager or who ever tells him we’re closed. He insists that the kitchen closes at 10:45pm and that I’m here on time. The manager doesn’t budge, she says kitchen closes at 10:30pm. Like I understand it’s just miscommunication of anything. Maybe it’s the lady being lazy for a paying customer. Or maybe the nice guy just gave the wrong info. I get all that. Just a massive bummer as I spent allllllll day moving into my new home, and had one meal in the morning. I am wrapping up the day and was craving soup and ready to be a regular customer bc im sure its really good the food. That lady made me feel so unwanted. Shout out the guy! I can tell he really wanted me to have a nice meal. I used to be a server and worked in the restaurant industry, and I hate how the way I treated my customers is still a rare occasion I have yet to receive as a customer myself. I would NOT BUDGE at any customers walking in 1 minute before closing. My managers didn’t care either. It’s all about the customer and giving them a well deserved meal. I wish most restaurants would post their kitchen times. Bc what’s the point of me driving to a location almost 30mins before close, just to be told it’s closed. it would be nice if Google would let restaurants have their actual close time and their kitchen close times. It’s so annoying and wastes the potential customers time. Smh

Everything we ate here has been delicious ! The lunch menu is good value for your money. The only negative is that the inside of the restaurant needs to be totally renovated.
